Please read these Terms of Service (Terms) carefully before using the Seatfrog App (App) or the website at http://www.pandapulse.com (Website). The App and the Website each provide a platform allowing certain products and services (Products) provided by third party travel companies (Carriers) to be offered for sale to our Users (as defined below) (Seatfrog Services).
The Website and the App, are operated by, and the Seatfrog Services are provided by, Seatfrog Ops Ltd a company incorporated in England (Company number 10784220 ) of 1 St. Katharines Way, London, England, E1W 1UN (referred to as “we“, “us” or “our“).
Your access to and use of the Seatfrog Services is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the Seatfrog Services (Users).
Upon electronic acceptance of these Terms, you are bound by these Terms and these Terms form an agreement between us and you (Agreement).
Panda Pulse is not acting as agent for any User. The Panda Pulse Services are intended to facilitate transactions between Users and Carriers. Panda Pulse does not owe or accept any fiduciary or other responsibility to Users other than as expressly set out in these Terms or as otherwise implied by operation of applicable law. Panda Pulse will act as agent for Carriers in relation to any sales of Products to Users by Carriers via the Website and/or the App. Panda Pulse may earn commission from Carriers upon the sale of Products as detailed in these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time in accordance with this provision. If we modify these Terms, we will post the revised Terms on the App and Website and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms.
We will also provide you with notice of the modifications by email and inform you of your right to terminate the Agreement in the notification email. If you disagree with the revised Terms, you may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect. If you do not terminate the Agreement after the revised Terms have been posted on the App and Website and you continue to access and use the Seatfrog Services, such continued access or use will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
Notwithstanding the above, if these Terms are modified while you have an active bid, the modifications will not apply to that active bid and the Terms in effect when that bid was placed will apply to that bid.
The Seatfrog Services are intended solely for persons who are 18 years or older. Any access to or use of the Seatfrog Services by anyone under 18 years is expressly prohibited. By accessing or using the Seatfrog Services you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older.
We reserve the right to:
withdraw or amend the Seatfrog Services;
restrict, block or disable your access to the Seatfrog Services;
edit or remove one or more parts of the Seatfrog Services; and/or
remove any material on the App or Website, at any time and without notice to you.
You acknowledge that we have the right (but not the obligation) to monitor your access to or use of, or any other User’s access to or use of, the Seatfrog Services, for the following purposes:
to operate the Panda Pulse Services;
to ensure your compliance with these Terms;
to comply with applicable law or an order or requirement of a court, administrative agency or other governmental body; or
for any of the purposes set out in our privacy policy (Privacy Policy), which is available here.
Thank you for helping to grow our community. From time to time, Seatfrog Ops Limited, its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Seatfrog”) may invite you to participate in one of their referral programmes to encourage people to use the Seatfrog application and/or website. Participating in a referral programme (either by referring your friends or family or signing up with a referral code) can be a great way for passengers, (collectively “Seatfrog users”) to receive Seatfrog credits, other discounts (each a “Referral Credit”).
Please note that these Rules are in addition to the Terms of Service as updated from time to time governing your use of Seatfrog’s app as well as any agreement (if one exists) between you and Seatfrog or any of its subsidiaries and affiliates related to your interactions with Seatfrog.

1. Who is eligible to be a referrer/inviter?
Anyone may be a referrer/inviter who (a) is a legal resident of his/her country, (b) is of legal age where they live, and (c) has a Seatfrog account in good standing.
2. Who is eligible to be a referee/invitee?
Your friends, family, and other people you know (but not yourself) may be eligible to be referees/invitees. To determine eligibility, keep in mind the following stipulations:

If you are providing Seatfrog with the contact information for your referees/invitees, you represent that you have the right to provide that information.
3. How can I use my referral code?
Seatfrog has the right to limit the number of times you may use or share your referral code based on the referral programme in which you participate. To see if your code has a limit, refer to the terms of the specific referral programme in which you are participating.
Panda Pulse wants you to share your referral code and earn Referral Credits, but referral codes must be used only for personal and non-commercial purposes. This means that you can share your referral code only with people you know. You agree that you will not:
